My why...

Let's face it - farming margins can be thin, particularly if we aren't mindful of our costs. Doing improvements can be held off, particularly in the more challenging years - and let's be honest here - there seem to be more and more difficult years for farmers whether its weather, agricultural policy impacting profitability or worldwide politics that influence pricing.

I have decided to focus my efforts on helping family farms and family feedlots in Alberta to ensure that all of my clients can access grant funding in an efficient manner.

My why is also rooted in my two young girls - Mckinley and Emersyn who are growing up on the farm. While our goal is for them to want to farm, and to be able to farm - we care about the sustainability of the land for all future generations to come. This means utilizing these programs to fast-track our efforts to be growing forward.

My vision...

To assist and guide as many Alberta Farms on their plans to becoming more sustainable on farm. Whether they grain farm, ranch or mixed farm - there are small improvements and large improvements we can make towards the ultimate goal - sustainability. Which isn't necessarily what you think. Its about setting up practices to help the farm sustain itself now, and for future generations. It's about nourishing the ground that is under this generation and the next. It's about empowering the future generations. It's about embracing technology.
