Our initial consultation is designed to last between 60 to 75 minutes, during which you will receive a comprehensive welcome package that outlines our process and what you can expect. Additionally, I will provide a client intake form to ensure that we are both on the same page regarding our mutual expectations and agreements.

My fees for the initial consultation begin at $462 including GST, and after that, my hourly rate is $175 plus GST. I understand that many farmers may need flexibility, so I often defer additional hours until the grant programs open to allow for maximum money back into your pocket. This approach allows you to maximize the funds you receive from the programs while giving us a head start on preparing for the upcoming grant season.

I am proud to share that for the 2025 grant season, 100% of the applications I have reviewed to date have been approved. Furthermore, my fees typically amount to an average of just 2-5% of the total grant funds that are approved including reporting. For example, on a $100,000 grant, my fees would be less than $3,000!
